As a successful entrepreneur, she has over 17 years of experience advising a wide range of clients from various domestic and international industries in the areas of international expansion, investment opportunities, and payroll issues. She has extensive experience in advising real estate clients. Petra actively cooperates with the Associations for Real Estate Market in the Czech Republic, and the Association for Foreign Investments, where Petra is a Vice-Chair of the Steering Committee.
Rudolf is a co-founder and Partner of ASB Group. For many years, he was ASB´s Managing Partner, specializing in comprehensive business advisory relating to business structuring, accounting, and tax. He also has extensive experience with foreign investments. In 2013, Rudolf built on his previous experience Redside, a fund management company charged with managing the broad portfolio of the funds of qualified investors investing in various fields such as real estate, renewable energy, and private equity. Redside currently manages total assets exceeding EUR 500 mil. Rudolf is a Chair of the Board and CFO of the Redside.
Tomas is a Partner of ASB Group with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, reporting, and financial advisory. He has extensive experience with accounting and reporting standards including Czech GAAP, US GAAP, UK GAAP, and IFRS. He participates in various due diligence mainly in the real estate sector, and he also leads the implementation of unique solutions provided by ASB Group, particularly for the asset managers and institutional investors in the real estate sector. Tomas is responsible for the Czech accounting and tax team, which is comprising of more than 50 professionals.
Soňa is the head of the 10-person accounting team of the Czech office. She is a member of the KCÚ (Chamber of Certified Accountants) with more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, has experience working in various accounting software, has been involved in various accounting projects, has extensive experience in internal and external audits. Soňa has been managing the accounting and the reporting of the investment companies and funds for more than 6 years and is responsible for the correct reporting of financial instruments following Order No. 501/2002 Coll., for banks and other financial institutions and International Accounting Standards, participated in the implementation of the Amendment to Order No. 501/2002 Coll., for banks and other financial institutions valid since 1.1.2021. In cooperation with the tax department, Soňa solves individual financial operations' tax impacts and communicates with auditors, the IRS, the depositary.
Gabriela is the Head of the Accounting Team for the Czech office. She has over 18 years of experience advising clients on Czech and international accounting issues. Gabriela is primarily responsible for coordinating daily operations in accounting services and consultancy, external bookkeeping, consultancy for market-leading corporations, financial reporting, and financial due diligence. In her role, she supervises accounting issues, implements new accounting standards, reviews public and internal reporting. Gabriela has extensive experience in accounting for groups with foreign capital and for companies operating in various sectors.
Kateřina is the Head of the Accounting Team for the Czech office. Being an ACCA (a global professional accounting body) member, she has more than 15 years of experience in financial management, including external auditing, US GAAP and IFRS reporting, preparation of consolidated financial statements, controlling, client support, and communication with authorities. Kateřina and her team, which comprises 10 professionals, focus on real estate clients and financial institutions. She has broad experience in reporting and the preparation of financial statements according to Czech and international accounting standards.
Milan is a Finance Director at ASB Group, he is responsible for the internal finance department of Czech ASB entities and group reporting of ASB Group. Professional in the area of finance with experience gained at PwC and multinational companies acting in the construction industry and educational services. Milan focuses on corporate financial reporting and managing finance departments with an overlap with HR and purchase agenda. He is also responsible for ASB's Czech office's cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
Lucie as the Head of ASB´s Czech Tax Team is responsible for the development of the team and for tax consulting and tax returns preparation of key clients. She specializes in the area of personal income tax and corporate income tax, including international employment structures. Thanks to her studies and practice, she has a wealth of experience and knowledge in accounting. Before joining ASB, she worked at KPMG‘s Tax Department. She started her professional career as Head of Accounting at Nike. Since 2009 Lucie has been a certified accountant and since 2010 a certified tax advisor.
Jana is a Senior Manager of ASB’s Czech Tax Team. She leads and supervises various consultancy projects, including tax due diligence, tax compliance projects, and ongoing advisory in all tax areas. Jana has over 15 years of experience as a tax manager, providing tax services to industrial companies, real estate firms, as well as other sectors. Jana has been a registered tax advisor since 2004 and obtained an LL.M. degree in International Taxation at the Economics University of Vienna in 2009.
Dan is the Group Business Development Director of ASB Group. He leads marketing, public and media relations, and business development in the CEE region, particularly Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary. He has more than 7 years of experience in business development and marketing communications. Dan worked in a business media and public affairs agency and has led numerous projects & events focused on the capital markets, corporate finance, private equity, and FinTech.
Klára is a strong skilled professional who helps clients to set up payroll processes, using benefits and issues related to HR. She ensures that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner. She completes the full payroll cycle, including all pre-and post-controls and validation, ensuring that all tax issues are properly addressed, preparing payroll transactions, and closing each cycle in a timely manner consistent with internal governance and payroll agenda requirements with the goal to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Jiří leads Czech Corporate Services Team and as an experienced manager is responsible for the advisory to key clients in the corporate services area with a focus on the real estate sector. In his role, Jiří is primarily responsible for onboarding and implementation of new clients, day-to-day management of client’s companies as well as their transformations or liquidations. In respect of these activities, Jiří cooperates closely with Accounting and Tax teams. His legal background and experience gained through working for an international law firm as well as for one of European largest commercial real estate developers allow him to provide the clients with high-level expertise and advisory.
Hana is ASB´s Payroll Supervisor with more than 15 years of experience in providing payroll services as an internal payroll supervisor as well as extensive experience in payroll outsourcing. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the payroll department, including transmitting, receiving, and balancing the payroll for approximately 500 employees. She assists clients in setting up HR and payroll processes, employing benefits and issues related to HR. She has been appointed to supervise the payroll team and find effective ways of improving our processes.
Petra is the HR Manager of ASB Prague and is also responsible for office management. She has more than 10 years of experience in HR, especially in the field of executive search. Her professional background includes HR management and administration, recruitment, learning & human resources development, employer branding, and managing other projects within the HR area.
As Managing Director of ASB Slovakia, Zuzana is responsible for running the Slovak branch, communicating with clients and authorities, and business development. Leading a team of accountants, payroll accountants, and trust assistants requires a high level of administrative and organizational skills to manage multiple projects. Zuzana is a registered tax adviser since 2006. Her previous experience was gained mainly during her engagement at KPMG Slovakia, where she acted as a tax adviser focused on tax services for financial markets, the transport sector, network industries (distribution of gas and energy), and the pharmaceutical industry. She participated in various advisory projects, including M&A, due diligence, business restructuring, contract review. Zuzana is experienced in tax compliance, representation of clients in tax proceedings and lawsuits against the Slovak Republic.
Katarína heads up the Slovak Trust Management Team and, as an experienced Trust Manager, and advises our key clients in the field of trust management. Katarína has extensive experience in corporate management, investor communication, and providing for the various processes of their investment projects, as well as cooperating with tax and payroll teams so as to provide clients with comprehensive advice in the areas concerned. Prior to joining ASB, she gained experiences during her engagement at Diplomatic Corps Services and subsequently at a leading global construction products & solutions company.
Viera manages the Accounting Team at ASB's Slovakia branch, supervising the work of accountants, communicating with clients and authorities. She is also responsible for the processing of new clients, compliance, and the effective setup of processes. Viera has ten years of experience in the provision of outsourced accounting services and in the financial reporting field. Prior to joining ASB, Viera was employed at TMF Group.
Mária is Head of the Payroll Team with 15 years' payroll experience. She gained her professional experience in local as well as international companies. During her career, she gained valuable experience in providing support to clients from a wide range of business sectors. At ASB, Mária coordinates her team's workflow and supports her international and domestic clients. She specializes in employment law and provides comprehensive support in the area of human resources management.
Przemek is the Managing Director of ASB Group's Polish office in Warsaw. In his role, Przemek oversees all client service lines, working closely with international clients to assist them with their business in many aspects, including financial reporting, payroll, and cash management. Przemek joined ASB Group in 2008, and his professional experience spans over 17 years in the fields of finance, accounting, and auditing for local subsidiaries of international corporations. Prior to joining ASB, Przemek was employed as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, gaining experience in their offices in Poland and New Zealand. He is also a senior member of ACCA.
Experienced Corporate Services Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the outsourcing industry. Andrzej has been responsible for corporate services and cash management for our top clients since 2011. He also acts as a nominee director. Strong support professional with a Master of Laws (LLM) focused in corporate law from Łazarski University in Warsaw. Skilled in Administration, Corporate Law, Management, Contract Negotiation, and Startups.
Beata is the Head of Accounting at ASB Poland. She has extensive experience in both financial management and accounting, including the real estate sector. Beata provided services to local Polish companies and to multinational corporations where she gained experience with the Polish and International GAAP. She is a certified statutory auditor in Poland. She has also completed the ACCA education programme. At ASB she ensures the high quality of the provided accounting services.
Łukasz is a graduate of Finance and Banking at the University of Economics in Poznań. He has 14 years of experience in tax advisory gained at one of the Big 4 companies and one of the biggest Polish consulting firms. Łukasz leads the tax advisory team of highly qualified Tax Managers, with a special focus on the real estate sector and transaction advisory, due diligence, VAT, Transfer Pricing, WHT, MDR issues. He specializes in: development of effective ownership, financing, and investment structures; ownership and business reorganizations; effective engagement and employment structures; employee and management incentive plans; HNWI issues: CFC, exit taxation, solidarity tax; R&D tax relief, and copyright relief.
Justyna is ASB Poland’s Accounting Director responsible for optimising accounting processes, support in customer implementation, and management of the accounting division. She gained her professional experience of over 14 years in an outsourcing company, dealing with complex services for companies with foreign capital, implementation of improvements, and managing an accounting team. She participated in a lean management project for 2 years. She has knowledge of accounting and tax law as well as of reporting, supported by a degree in the field. She completed her Master’s degree and postgraduate studies at the University of Warsaw.
Justyna is a Manager of ASB´s Payroll Department in Poland. She focuses on the management, effectiveness, and coordination of her team´s workflow, as well as ongoing supervision of the quality of services rendered by payroll specialists. She also supports the sales department in the new client acquisition process. She has long-term experience in payroll and HR consulting and advisory (including the employment of foreigners in Poland or the employment of Polish citizens abroad) for companies from various sectors. Justyna also gained valuable experience in diverse aspects of recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee development. She speaks at numerous conferences and seminars on HR administration and payroll issues.
Anna is the leader of the VAT compliance team. Anna graduated from SGGW with a degree in Economics, and from Warsaw University in Tax Law. Anna has over 12 years of practical experience in VAT compliance for international companies based in the EU and outside of the EU representing various sectors. Her main goal is to support the clients in current matters related to VAT by providing practical solutions. She manages the team responsible for improving VAT compliance processes and ensuring high standards of customer service.
Jarek is a licensed tax adviser specializing in excise duty, VAT, and customs. He graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in law. Before joining ASB he worked in well-known Polish tax advisory companies. His vast over 10 years’ experience includes providing ongoing tax advisory, tax audits, and supporting clients during tax and court proceedings. He advised domestic and foreign firms from, amongst others, the retail, oil, tobacco, motor, and real estate sector, as well as public entities. He speaks English fluently and has communicative German.
Martyna is an Accounting Supervisor. She has over 9 years’ experience as an accountant. She is completing the process to become a Polish statutory auditor. Martyna has extensive experience in accounting for groups with foreign capital and for companies operating in various sectors, as well as for partnerships. Martyna also specializes in accounting advisory during mergers and acquisitions. Certified by the Ministry of Finance to provide bookkeeping services, she coordinates her team´s work and supports her domestic and international clients.
Dominik specializes in accounting and financial reporting. He has over 19 years of experience as a chief accountant. For many years he was responsible for keeping books of production, trade and service companies with domestic and foreign capital. He has been certified by the Minister of Finance to provide accounting services since 2004. In ASB, he is responsible for managing the work of the accounting team in the newly created branch in Toruń. He provides comprehensive accounting and tax services for his clients in their current business operations.
Dariusz is responsible for the work of one of ASB's accounting teams. Has extensive experience in accounting of Polish and foreign companies. Besides, he has in-depth knowledge of tax regulations, which allows him to provide comprehensive customer support in business matters. He specializes in accounting consultancy for international companies. As a manager of the accounting team, Dariusz is primarily responsible for coordinating daily activities in the field of accounting services and corporate consulting.
Patrycja is a law graduate of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn and a trainee advocate at the Legal Bar in Warsaw. She joined ASB in 2018. As Corporate Services Manager, in addition to supervising and organising the work of the team involved in managing the cash of ASB’s customers, she coordinates the process of setting up shelf companies, selling shares in these companies, and liquidating companies. Patrycja provides support to foreign and Polish customers in the area of corporate governance and day-to-day legal compliance. As part of her duties, she also acts as a proxy in companies of ASB’s customers.
Kinga graduated in Finance and Accounting and Management from the University of Warsaw. What is more, she also completed postgraduate studies in corporate law. She joined ASB’s corporate team in 2015 and since then has been responsible for providing legal and administrative services to ASB’s customers, particularly in the areas of payment processing and banking services, as well as the ongoing administration of bank loans.
Marta Skrodzka is a tax advisor. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics. She also studied at Universität des Saarlandes (Germany) during ERASMUS + program and completed an internship in the transfer pricing team in Los Angeles in 2016. She gained her experience in providing ongoing tax advisory services to clients in various sectors. She supports clients in the area of supply chain management in the field of VAT, tax risk management related to the outsourcing of accounting services, promotional, advertising and marketing activities, withholding tax issues and financing. She participated in numerous tax reviews and due diligence projects, including those related to wind farms, as well as in settling operations in Special Economic Zones. She speaks English very well and has communicative German.
Piotr is a licensed tax adviser who graduated in Law from Koźmiński University and in Finance and Accounting from Warsaw School of Economics. He also studied at California State University at Monterey (US) during ERASMUS + program. Before Piotr joined ASB he gained experience in two leading Polish consulting companies, where he provided comprehensive support to clients in the transfer pricing area. Piotr specializes in the preparation of benchmarking analyzes, preparation of transfer pricing documentation both on local and group levels. Piotr speaks English fluently.
Łukasz specializes in issues of value-added tax, excise tax, and real estate tax. During his professional career, he participated in projects involving reviews of tax settlements (VAT, excise tax, CIT, real estate tax), provision of current VAT settlement services by both domestic and foreign entities, as well as in determining the risk and tax consequences of new business projects. He prepared pleadings, opinions, comments, and reports on various tax aspects. Łukasz gained professional experience in tax administration and the private sector, among others, in a legal and tax law office and a consulting company. He is the author of press comments and publications addressed to entrepreneurs in the field of value-added tax.
Anna is a supervisor of ASB´s Polish Payroll Team. In her day-to-day duties, she coordinates the work of her team in the human resources management area. She specialises in employment law and social security matters. Anna gained her professional experience in Polish as well as international companies, where she focused on the legal support of human resources management. In addition, she has successfully implemented numerous HR management optimisation projects with the utmost of professionalism.
At ASB, Magda is Payroll Supervisor, managing one of our two Payroll teams in Poland. With 17 years´ payroll experience, she has provided comprehensive support in the human resources management area. She has extensive experience in the implementation of new payroll systems, as well as time tracking applications. Magda focuses on social security contributions and personal income tax issues. She gained valuable experience providing support for companies from the production, media, and construction sectors.
Paweł is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Bar in Poland. He has over 8 years of experience in tax and legal advisory. He graduated from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University of Lublin with a law degree. Before joining ASB Paweł gained experience in leading tax advisory and law firms. Paweł has vast experience in tax aspects of M&A transactions including share deals and asset deals with a strong focus on commercial real estate transactions, tax due diligence, tax planning, litigation, corporate law, contract law, transfer pricing, and ongoing tax and legal advisory to clients operating in various sectors such as real estate, pharmaceutical, energy, IT, retail. Paweł is fluent in English.
Krzysztof manages the Client Relations department, responsible for commercialisation of sales opportunities, quoting, contract and agreement processing, as well as customer relations management. He graduated in law and political science from the University of Glasgow with a Master of Laws degree. For years, he lived in Belgium, where he also completed internships in the EU institutions and then moved to Scotland. He returned to Poland in 2017 and since then has been directly involved in the Polish professional and advisory services market. He gained experience in international law firms, running his own legal translations company. He also managed a sales team of several dozen people in one of the largest corporations in the UK. His specialisation is sales and comprehensive customer service (Customer Excellence).
Piotr is the director of the Polish IT team. He oversees all of his department’s IT infrastructure projects and is additionally responsible for a project team that creates proprietary IT solutions and tools in order to support the work of ASB’s accounting, tax, and customer departments. He has over 10 years of experience working with customers when it comes to IT and VAT, as well as managing projects and project teams. At ASB he also holds the position of Personal Data Coordinator. He graduated in project management from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, where he also obtained his MBA in 2021. Piotr considers his main professional goal to be development, which – within ASB – means striving for the most effective and at the same time comfortable work of employees in terms of IT, and in a broader perspective, supporting the work of accountants, tax advisors, and taxpayers with IT tools.
Attila is the Managing Director of ASB Group's office in Budapest and is in charge for all BPO service lines for the newly established Hungarian entity. His 18-year wide ranging technical experience, gained at 1st and 2nd tier service providers in the field of finance, accounting, tax advisory, and controlling, has given him valuable knowledge and practical know-how of compliance, consulting, management reporting, and tax structures within different operational models. Prior to joining ASB, Attila gained International Tax Expert and Tax Adviser status with UCMS (TMF). He is also a certified accountant.
