Petr is the Managing Partner of ASB Group responsible for the strategy, development of new services, and business development for ASB Group offices in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary. Petr has over 15 years of experience advising clients in mergers and acquisitions, transaction services, investment structuring, and corporate services. He provides comprehensive corporate advice to international investors entering the Czech market. Petr is in close cooperation with the Czech Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, an International Association of Independent Accounting firms, and as a finance and accounting professional, he acts as a mentor at AI Startup Incubator.

Petra Rychnovská Partner

Petra is co-founder and Partner at ASB Group. She is in charge of strategy and business development. As a successful entrepreneur, she has over 17 years of experience advising a wide range of clients from various domestic and international industries in the areas of international expansion, investment opportunities, and payroll issues. She has extensive experience in advising real estate clients. Petra actively cooperates with the Associations for Real Estate Market in the Czech Republic, and the Association for Foreign Investments, where Petra is a Vice-Chair of the Steering Committee.

Rudolf Vřešťál Partner

Rudolf is a co-founder and Partner of ASB Group. For many years, he was ASB´s Managing Partner, specializing in comprehensive business advisory relating to business structuring, accounting, and tax. He also has extensive experience with foreign investments. In 2013, Rudolf built on his previous experience Redside, a fund management company charged with managing the broad portfolio of the funds of qualified investors investing in various fields such as real estate, renewable energy, and private equity. Redside currently manages total assets exceeding EUR 500 mil. Rudolf is a Chair of the Board and CFO of the Redside.

Tomáš Novák Partner

Tomas is a Partner of ASB Group with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, reporting, and financial advisory. He has extensive experience with accounting and reporting standards including Czech GAAP, US GAAP, UK GAAP, and IFRS. He participates in various due diligence mainly in the real estate sector, and he also leads the implementation of unique solutions provided by ASB Group, particularly for the asset managers and institutional investors in the real estate sector. Tomas is responsible for the Czech accounting and tax team, which is comprising of more than 50 professionals.

Dan Ledvinka Group Commercial Director

Dan is our Commercial Director at ASB Group, and as a part of the group management team, he is responsible for commercial management and the development of the company growth. He aims to drive business growth and market share through sales, business development, brand and marketing communications within his role. Dan joined ASB Group in 2017, having served most recently as a Group Business Development & Marketing Director for CEE. Dan has several years of experience in sales and marketing from previous roles.

Klára Cowan Group Payroll Director

Klára is a strong skilled professional who helps clients to set up payroll processes, using benefits and issues related to HR. She ensures that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner. She completes the full payroll cycle, including all pre-and post-controls and validation, ensuring that all tax issues are properly addressed, preparing payroll transactions, and closing each cycle in a timely manner consistent with internal governance and payroll agenda requirements with the goal to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Milan Bančanský Group Finance Director

Milan is a Finance Director at ASB Group, he is responsible for the internal finance department of Czech ASB entities and group reporting of ASB Group. Professional in the area of finance with experience gained at PwC and multinational companies acting in the construction industry and educational services. Milan focuses on corporate financial reporting and managing finance departments with an overlap with HR and purchase agenda. He is also responsible for ASB's Czech office's cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions of the entire ASB Group.

Michal Kozdera Tax Director

Michal holds the position of director of the tax department at ASB and is responsible for managing the team and its development, relations with clients and the technical quality of outputs. In his work, he can make use of his more than 25 years of experience not only in the field of tax consultancy, but also from experience in high financial positions on the client's side. It allows him to best understand the customer's needs and reflect them appropriately. He specializes in comprehensive assessment of the client's tax and financial situation, sale of businesses, transfer pricing, international taxation and VAT specifics for real estate projects.

Soňa Bláhová Accounting & Project Manager

Soňa is the head of the 10-person accounting team of the Czech office. She is a member of the KCÚ (Chamber of Certified Accountants) with more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, has experience working in various accounting software, has been involved in various accounting projects, has extensive experience in internal and external audits. Soňa has been managing the accounting and the reporting of the investment companies and funds for more than 6 years and is responsible for the correct reporting of financial instruments following Order No. 501/2002 Coll., for banks and other financial institutions and International Accounting Standards, participated in the implementation of the Amendment to Order No. 501/2002 Coll., for banks and other financial institutions valid since 1.1.2021. In cooperation with the tax department, Soňa solves individual financial operations' tax impacts and communicates with auditors, the IRS, the depositary.

Kateřina Nováková Accounting Team Director

Kateřina, from the position of Accounting Team Director, leads all four Czech accounting teams and at the same she is manager one opf tehm. Being an ACCA (a global professional accounting body) member, she has more than 15 years of experience in financial management, including external auditing, US GAAP and IFRS reporting, preparation of consolidated financial statements, controlling, client support, and communication with authorities. Kateřina and her team, which comprises 10 professionals, focus on real estate clients and financial institutions. She has broad experience in reporting and the preparation of financial statements according to Czech and international accounting standards.

Iveta Přibylová Head of Accounting Team

Iveta has extensive experience in financial management from international corporations and Czech companies, where she worked as a financial director for the past 15 years. In addition to leading financial and HR teams, setting medium and long-term strategies, she also dealt with the optimization and implementation of internal processes, e.g. electronic workflow documents or other innovations related to digitization in the field of finance.​ Among the other unforgettable experiences, she has gathered along her career path is a comprehensive coverage of accounting and tax activities, including transfer pricing, investments, cash flow management, budget planning, reporting and consolidated financial statements of a group of companies.

Tomáš Drexler Head of Accounting Team

Tomáš has extensive experience from multinational business companies, where he worked for more than 22 years and managed the accounting of branches not only in the Czech Republic, but also in other European countries.​ During his career, he participated in the implementation of the SAP accounting program in several countries, he dealt with reporting according to US GAAP and Czech standards, audits, issues of cross-border transactions from the point of view of VAT and income tax. He is familiar with Czech excise tax and payroll processing in an international environment. His specialty is matching financial accounting with controlling.

Jiří Bosák Head of Corporate Services

Jiří leads Czech Corporate Services Team and as an experienced manager is responsible for the advisory to key clients in the corporate services area with a focus on the real estate sector. In his role, Jiří is primarily responsible for onboarding and implementation of new clients, day-to-day management of client’s companies as well as their transformations or liquidations. In respect of these activities, Jiří cooperates closely with Accounting and Tax teams. His legal background and experience gained through working for an international law firm as well as for one of European largest commercial real estate developers allow him to provide the clients with high-level expertise and advisory.

Lucie Šťastná Head of Payroll

Lucie graduated in HR management from the University of Economics in Prague. Even during her studies, she began gaining experience in the field of human resources management, first at a staffing agency and subsequently in an internal HR department. She has been working in the fields of payroll accounting and human resources for over 10 years. Currently, she offers clients not only comprehensive payroll accounting services but also the management of HR software, administration of benefits, oversight of occupational health services, as well as OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) and fire protection agendas.

Štěpán Hrubý Senior Tax Manager

Štěpán has several years of experience in the field of international taxation and VAT. As part of his practice, he participated in a number of important projects, both focusing on international taxation and the issue of transfer pricing. Štěpán has been registered tax advisor since 2017.

Jaroslava Hanková Senior Tax Manager

Jaroslava has been working in tax consultancy for more than 15 years. Throughout her practice, she has primarily focused on the taxation of legal entities. In addition to traditional entrepreneurs, she also provides advice to financial institutions, including investment funds, insurance companies, and public administration entities. She has experience in transactional consultancy, transformations, and restructurings, including conducting due diligence.​ Besides tax consultancy, she also studied accounting at the University of Economics in Prague. She has built upon these experiences in recent years, managing a department providing accounting outsourcing. Jaroslava has been a certified tax advisor since 2015.

Zuzana Studničková Tax Manager

Zuzana has several years of experience in providing tax advisory services to clients from various industries. She specializes mainly in value added tax, corporate income tax and real estate tax.​ Since 2018 Zuzana has been a certified tax advisor.

Hana Moučková Payroll & Implementation Supervisor

Hana has been working in payroll outsourcing for more than 5 years and currently processes payroll for about 1,000 employees. Hana focuses on comprehensive client payroll settings, implementation of new systems and streamlining processes. She specializes in setting up systems for client needs. Currently she focuses more on the automation of wage processes and technical solutions to wage problems.

Hana Sára Korcová Payroll Supervisor

Hana is ASB´s Payroll Supervisor with more than 15 years of experience in providing payroll services as an internal payroll supervisor as well as extensive experience in payroll outsourcing. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the payroll department, including transmitting, receiving, and balancing the payroll for approximately 500 employees. She assists clients in setting up HR and payroll processes, employing benefits and issues related to HR. She has been appointed to supervise the payroll team and find effective ways of improving our processes.

Petra is the HR Manager of ASB Prague and is also responsible for office management. She has more than 10 years of experience in HR, especially in the field of executive search. Her professional background includes HR management and administration, recruitment, learning & human resources development, employer branding, and managing other projects within the HR area.

ASB Group supported client from the real estate industry

ASB Group in Poland recently assisted a client from the real estate sector in obtaining a refund of over €300,000 related to the property income tax, also referred to as the minimum tax on commercial real estate. The project was led by Aleksandra Czeczot, Tax Manager, and Klaudia Szerszeń, Senior Tax Consultant, with oversight from Łukasz Bączyk, Head of Tax.
