Petr is the Managing Partner of ASB Group, responsible for overseeing the group’s operations, including corporate strategy, the development of new services, and business growth across ASB Group offices in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, and Slovakia. For more than 20 years, he has been advising on mergers and acquisitions, transactions, investment structuring, and corporate services. He provides comprehensive support to international investors entering the Czech market. Petr works closely with the Czech Private Equity & Venture Capital Association and the international TAG Alliances network, which brings together independent accounting and advisory firms from around the world.

Petra is the Co-Founder and Partner of ASB Group, actively involved in strategic planning and business development across the entire group. She is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience advising a wide range of clients across various industries. She collaborates with both local and international companies, primarily in the areas of international expansion and investment opportunities. Additionally, she has extensive experience advising real estate clients. For 13 years, Petra served as Vice Chair of the Steering Committee of the Association for Foreign Investment (AFI) and remains an active member of the organization.

Rudolf is a co-founder and Partner of ASB Group. For many years, he was ASB´s Managing Partner, specializing in comprehensive business advisory relating to business structuring, accounting, and tax. He also has extensive experience with foreign investments. In 2013, Rudolf built on his previous experience Redside, a fund management company charged with managing the broad portfolio of the funds of qualified investors investing in various fields such as real estate, renewable energy, and private equity. Redside currently manages total assets exceeding EUR 500 mil. Rudolf is a Chair of the Board and CFO of the Redside.

Tomáš is a Partner at ASB Group and has been active in the fields of accounting, financial reporting, and financial advisory since 2001. He has extensive knowledge of accounting and reporting standards, including Czech GAAP, US GAAP, UK GAAP, and IFRS. Tomáš is involved in numerous transaction advisory projects, particularly in the real estate sector. He also leads the implementation of unique solutions provided by ASB Group, primarily for asset managers and institutional investors in the real estate industry.

Dan has been with ASB Group since 2017 and has held the position of Group Commercial Director since 2022. As a member of the group’s leadership team, he is responsible for strategic planning and the development of the company in the CEE region, focusing primarily on revenue growth and market share expansion. He has long been engaged in collaboration with business chambers and associations, particularly in the areas of capital markets, investment funds, and the real estate sector. In 2025, he was elected as a member of the Steering Committee of the Association for Foreign Investment (AFI). Before joining ASB Group, Dan held various managerial positions in sales and marketing.

At ASB Group, Klára Cowan represents external payroll advisory services across all the countries where the company operates. For her, payroll is not just about numbers—it is a strategic tool with a broader societal impact. With over 15 years of experience in payroll, HR, and team leadership, she brings a deep understanding of the complexities of this ever-evolving field. Her leadership is built on four core principles: precision, respect, mentoring, and teamwork. She prioritizes collective success and supports individuals in developing their strengths. With her "delegate rather than control" approach, her team has successfully grown over the past nine years in an environment based on trust, professionalism, and efficiency.

Kateřina is the Accounting Team Director at the Czech office. She is a member of ACCA (the global association of certified accountants) and has over 20 years of experience in financial management, including external audit, US GAAP and IFRS reporting, preparation of consolidated financial statements, compliance, client support, and communication with relevant authorities. In her role, she is responsible for the strategy and leadership of the entire accounting department, which consists of more than 50 professionals across various positions and specializations. A key aspect of her work is providing support to the leaders of individual accounting teams.

Iveta has extensive experience in financial management from international corporations and Czech companies, where she worked as a financial director for the past 15 years. In addition to leading financial and HR teams, setting medium and long-term strategies, she also dealt with the optimization and implementation of internal processes, e.g. electronic workflow documents or other innovations related to digitization in the field of finance.​ Among the other unforgettable experiences, she has gathered along her career path is a comprehensive coverage of accounting and tax activities, including transfer pricing, investments, cash flow management, budget planning, reporting and consolidated financial statements of a group of companies.

Tomáš has extensive experience from multinational business companies, where he worked for more than 22 years and managed the accounting of branches not only in the Czech Republic, but also in other European countries.​ During his career, he participated in the implementation of the SAP accounting program in several countries, he dealt with reporting according to US GAAP and Czech standards, audits, issues of cross-border transactions from the point of view of VAT and income tax. He is familiar with Czech excise tax and payroll processing in an international environment. His specialty is matching financial accounting with controlling.

Alena is the leader of one of the Czech accounting teams and a seasoned expert in financial accounting, with experience dating back to 1993. She has gained extensive expertise not only in the advisory sector but also in large development companies, where she oversaw the accounting agenda for dozens of entities, including an investment fund. At ASB, Alena leads a team responsible for the comprehensive accounting management of companies across various industries, financial statement preparation, and group reporting. She leverages her experience in accounting software migration, mergers, acquisitions, hedge accounting, and IFRS. She also holds a certification from the Association of Accountants and is proficient in a wide range of accounting software.

Lucie studied HR Management at the University of Economics in Prague and began gaining experience in human resources during her studies—first in a recruitment agency and later in an internal HR department. She has been working in payroll accounting and human resources since 2013. As Head of Payroll, she ensures the continuous development of knowledge and skills within her team, as well as their satisfaction and motivation. This directly reflects in the quality of services provided and the satisfaction of our clients. In addition to comprehensive payroll accounting services, she currently oversees HR software management, benefits administration, occupational health services, and workplace safety and fire protection agendas.

Klára has been working in corporate services outsourcing since 2011 and is therefore an experienced manager, primarily responsible for company formation, client implementation, administration and consultancy in the area of corporate services. The spectrum of clients she manages includes real estate, hospitality, distribution services in the food industry or the energy industry, whether in the classic structure of commercial corporations or funds. Klára is the primary contact for clients and works closely with other teams – especially accounting and tax – to meet their requirements. She thus provides her clients with comprehensive consultancy services.

Jaroslava has been working in tax consultancy since 2008. During her practice, she focused mainly on taxation of legal entities. She has experience in advising traditional entrepreneurs, but also in advising financial institutions, including investment funds and insurance companies, public administration entities or trust funds. She also specializes in transactional consultancy, transformations and restructurings, including due diligence. In addition to tax consultancy, she already focused on accounting while studying at the University of Economics in Prague. She has continued this experience in recent years, when, among other things, she managed a department providing accounting outsourcing. Jaroslava has been a certified tax advisor since 2015.

Štěpán has several years of experience in the field of international taxation, VAT and corporate taxes. As part of his practice, he participated in a number of significant cross-border projects in international and corporate taxation. He has been a certified tax advisor since 2017.

Zuzana is a tax advisor with several years of experience in providing comprehensive tax advice to clients across various industries. She specializes mainly in the areas of value added tax, corporate income tax and real estate tax. She has been working at ASB Group since 2016 and has been a certified tax advisor since 2018.

Martina has gained experience in the field of audit and direct taxes, where she has worked since 2014. She has been part of ASB Group since 2022, where she specializes in processing corporate income tax and value added tax returns. She has been a certified tax advisor since 2021.

Beata has been working in the tax industry since 2012, with taxation and tax policy also being her field of study at university. She specializes in personal income taxation, focusing on international workforce mobility, international taxation, and employee benefits. Before joining ASB, she worked for an international advisory firm, where she also spent several years in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Hana has been working in payroll outsourcing since 2015 and currently holds the position of Payroll & Implementation Supervisor at ASB. She processes payroll for approximately 500 employees and is also responsible for taking on new clients and setting up internal systems. Thanks to her knowledge of SQL and Excel, she sets up reports based on client requirements. Currently, she is more focused on automating internal payroll processes, leading the team, and developing the technical competencies of colleagues.

Hana has been providing payroll and HR services since 2000. She has experience not only as an in-house payroll manager but also in payroll outsourcing. She assists clients in setting up their HR and payroll processes, employee benefits, and resolving HR-related issues. Additionally, she is responsible for the comprehensive payroll processing of approximately 900 employees. Currently, she focuses more on monitoring legislative changes and mentoring junior colleagues within the team.

Jan has been the manager of the corporate services team for over 5 years and is responsible for advising and managing primarily real estate, retail and IT clients. He has experience from various projects related to mergers and acquisitions, financing and daily management of companies. In practice, he can also benefit from many years of experience in managing international projects in the areas of logistics and automotive within the largest multinational groups.

Veronika works at ASB as a Corporate Services Manager and has been working in the legal sector since 2013. At ASB Group, she covers legal and corporate matters and is also responsible for managing financial transactions and banking. She works closely with tax, accounting and payroll teams to provide clients with comprehensive professional advice and offer the most appropriate solution in complicated situations. At university, Veronika studied the Legal Specialization program. She bases her cooperation with clients on a proactive approach.

In her position as CEO, Zuzana is responsible for the overall operation of the Slovak branch of ASB, business development, communication and, last but not least, corporate strategy. Furthermore, she oversees the management of teams of financial and payroll accountants, tax advisors and the corporate services team. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the field of tax and transaction consulting ensures her deep understanding of accounting methodologies. Zuzka studied Taxes and Tax Consulting at the University of Economics in Bratislava. In 2000, she embarked on her career before completing her university studies. Before joining ASB, she worked at BMB Partners and KPMG. Zuzana has been a certified tax advisor since 2006.

Katarína holds the position of COO and heads the Slovak Corporate Management Team, where she provides advice and care to our leading clients. Before joining ASB, Katarína already had extensive experience in many sectors – corporate management, communication with investors and providing support in various processes related to investment projects. She works with tax and payroll teams, and this cooperation ensures she provides clients with comprehensive advice in these areas today. Prior to ASB, she gained experience at Diplomatic Corps Services and later at a leading global construction company.

In her position as Accounting Director, Viera oversees the management of accounting teams in Slovakia and handles the implementation of solutions for new clients and the effective establishment of key processes. Her additional responsibilities include financial reporting, reporting according to IFRS and consulting in the field of statutory reporting. Viera is a graduate of the Faculty of Finance at Matej Bel University in Bánská Bystrica and commenced her career in 2009 at TMF Group.

Michaela has been involved in accounting since 2010 and now leads one of ASB's accounting departments in the position of Head of Accounting Team. She handles the complex processing of the accounting administration, the preparation of financial statements, financial reporting and the implementation of accounting systems. Communication with clients, authorities and auditors is an everyday matter for her. Michaela received her professional education thanks to her studies at the University of Economics in Bratislava, where she studied business management. To ensure smooth cooperation with the team and clients, her work is built on reliability, responsibility and communication.

Mária works as Head of Payroll Team of the Slovak branch of ASB Group. During her career, she worked with clients from various sectors, which afforded her rich experience not only in the field of wages, but also in the field of labor law and human resource management. Today, she leads our payroll team and provides comprehensive support to our international and local clients. Her professional approach is a guarantee of the high standard of service we provide.

Miroslava started her career in 2003. In addition to extensive experience in international outsourcing companies, she has experience in education and the insurance industry. She works in the position of Senior Payroll Accountant at ASB, where she handles complex payroll processing, implementation of payroll systems and other consulting activities. She also provides training to clients on the topic of travel reimbursements and the Labor Code. At the university, Miroslava studied business economics and has a teaching diploma. Friendly dealings with clients and communication skills are important to her.

Zuzana Harvanová works as a Senior Payroll Consultant. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Management of the Comenius University in Bratislava, where she majored in personnel management. She built her professional career on practical experience with internal and external payroll processing and implementation of payroll systems. Furthermore, given her expertise in HR, labor law and income taxes, advising clients on legislative changes provides her with additional professional satisfaction.

Martin works as a Tax Manager and has been providing tax consulting since 2016. Before joining ASB, he worked at KPMG, BDO and V4 Group. In addition to the preparation of tax returns for corporate income tax and value added tax, he deals with tax planning and the area of M&A. Over his career, he worked with international and local clients, mainly from the real estate and manufacturing sectors. Martin obtained his education at the University of Economics in Bratislava, where he studied Taxation and Tax Consulting. He has been a certified tax advisor since 2021.

Adriana works as Corporate Services Manager. She has been working in the field of corporate services since 2018. Before joining ASB, she worked in business at Hewlett Packard, Avnet Technology Solutions and BGS Distribution. Now Adriana oversees comprehensive corporate administration, which includes communication with clients, ensuring compliance with Slovak legislation, mediation of administrative support and, last but not least, financial services. Adriana received her university education at the Slovak Technical University and the University of Economics in Bratislava, where she studied foreign trade.

Przemek is the Managing Director of ASB Group's Polish office in Warsaw. In his role, Przemek oversees all client service lines, working closely with international clients to assist them with their business in many aspects, including financial reporting, payroll, and cash management. Przemek joined ASB Group in 2008, and his professional experience spans over 17 years in the fields of finance, accounting, and auditing for local subsidiaries of international corporations. Prior to joining ASB, Przemek was employed as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, gaining experience in their offices in Poland and New Zealand. He is also a senior member of ACCA.

Graduate of Executive MBA at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Experienced Corporate Services Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the outsourcing industry. Andrzej has been responsible for corporate services and cash management for our top clients since 2011. He also acts as a nominee director. Strong support professional with a Master of Laws (LLM) focused in corporate law from Łazarski University in Warsaw. Skilled in Administration, Corporate Law, Management, Contract Negotiation, and Startups.

Łukasz is a graduate of Finance and Banking at the University of Economics in Poznań. He has 16 years of experience in tax advisory gained at one of the Big 4 companies and one of the biggest Polish consulting firms. Łukasz leads the tax advisory team of highly qualified Tax Managers, with a special focus on the real estate sector and transaction advisory, due diligence, VAT, Transfer Pricing, WHT, MDR issues. He specializes in: development of effective ownership, financing, and investment structures; ownership and business reorganizations; effective engagement and employment structures; employee and management incentive plans; HNWI issues: CFC, exit taxation, solidarity tax; R&D tax relief, and copyright relief.

Anna is the leader of the VAT compliance team. Anna graduated from SGGW with a degree in Economics, and from Warsaw University in Tax Law. Anna has over 15 years of practical experience in VAT compliance for international companies based in the EU and outside of the EU representing various sectors. Her main goal is to support the clients in current matters related to VAT by providing practical solutions. She manages the team responsible for improving VAT compliance processes and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Beata is the Head of Accounting at ASB Poland. She has extensive experience in both financial management and accounting, including the real estate sector. Beata provided services to local Polish companies and to multinational corporations where she gained experience with the Polish and International GAAP. She is a certified statutory auditor in Poland. She has also completed the ACCA education programme. At ASB she ensures the high quality of the provided accounting services.

Justyna is Head of ASB´s Payroll Department in Poland. She focuses on the management, effectiveness, and coordination of her team´s workflow, as well as ongoing supervision of the quality of services rendered by payroll specialists. She also supports the sales department in the new client acquisition process. She has long-term experience in payroll and HR consulting and advisory (including the employment of foreigners in Poland or the employment of Polish citizens abroad) for companies from various sectors. Justyna also gained valuable experience in diverse aspects of recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee development. She speaks at numerous conferences and seminars on HR administration and payroll issues.

Martyna is an Accounting Supervisor. She has over 9 years’ experience as an accountant. She is completing the process to become a Polish statutory auditor. Martyna has extensive experience in accounting for groups with foreign capital and for companies operating in various sectors, as well as for partnerships. Martyna also specializes in accounting advisory during mergers and acquisitions. Certified by the Ministry of Finance to provide bookkeeping services, she coordinates her team´s work and supports her domestic and international clients.

Katarzyna specialises in transfer pricing. Prior to joining ASB, she gained experience in leading Polish tax advisory companies and an international law firm. At ASB, she supports clients in projects involving the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking, and creating settlement models in capital groups. She also has experience in implementing projects that involve the creation, verification, and implementation of transfer pricing policies in capital groups. Katarzyna holds a master's degree in Finance and Accounting from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as a postgraduate degree in Tax Law.

Paweł is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Bar in Poland. He has over 8 years of experience in tax and legal advisory. He graduated from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University of Lublin with a law degree. Before joining ASB Paweł gained experience in leading tax advisory and law firms. Paweł has vast experience in tax aspects of M&A transactions including share deals and asset deals with a strong focus on commercial real estate transactions, tax due diligence, tax planning, litigation, corporate law, contract law, transfer pricing, and ongoing tax and legal advisory to clients operating in various sectors such as real estate, pharmaceutical, energy, IT, retail. Paweł is fluent in English.

Marta Skrodzka is a tax advisor. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics. She also studied at Universität des Saarlandes (Germany) during ERASMUS + program and completed an internship in the transfer pricing team in Los Angeles in 2016. She gained her experience in providing ongoing tax advisory services to clients in various sectors. She supports clients in the area of supply chain management in the field of VAT, tax risk management related to the outsourcing of accounting services, promotional, advertising and marketing activities, withholding tax issues and financing. She participated in numerous tax reviews and due diligence projects, including those related to wind farms, as well as in settling operations in Special Economic Zones. She speaks English very well and has communicative German.

Jarosław is a licensed tax adviser specializing in excise duty, VAT, and customs. He graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in law. Before joining ASB he worked in well-known Polish tax advisory companies. His experience includes providing ongoing tax advisory, tax audits, and supporting clients during tax and court proceedings. He advised domestic and foreign firms from, amongst others, the retail, oil, tobacco, motor, and real estate sector, as well as public entities. He speaks English fluently and has communicative German.

Katarzyna is a Branch Manager i Wroclaw office, with over 14 years of professional experience in accounting. Her extensive practical knowledge was cultivated through the establishment of a shared service center for European Union countries and the operation of an accounting office. Her expertise encompasses various domains, including bookkeeping, team leadership, and the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and processes. She adeptly orchestrated the collaboration of accountants within an international setting and achieved success in deploying accounting systems across 8 countries within the group. Her proficiency in efficiently managing the implementation processes for accounting and payroll services for new clients has significantly contributed to forging robust relationships with contractors spanning diverse industries. Katarzyna holds a master's degree in Finance and Accounting from Wroclaw University of Economics, along with a postgraduate qualification in 'Accounting for Independent Accountants and Financial Managers.' Moreover, she is officially certified by the Ministry of Finance to provide accounting services.

Accounting and financial reporting expert with over 20 years of experience. Since 2002, has held the position of Chief Accountant, consistently expanding their knowledge and skills. For many years, Dominik has managed the accounting records of manufacturing, trading, and service companies with both Polish and foreign capital, gaining comprehensive knowledge in various business sectors. Since 2004, he has held a Ministry of Finance certificate to provide accounting services. Currently, at ASB Group, Dominik is responsible for the development and organization of the accounting team in Toruń branch, providing clients with comprehensive accounting and tax support in their ongoing operations.

Katarzyna has years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Her expertise includes managing accounting processes for real estate and service companies. She holds a master's degree in mathematics and a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Katarzyna specializes in optimizing processes, and implementing modern accounting solutions. She has practical knowledge of financial tools and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data. She is passionate about her work, focusing on team development and ensuring the highest quality of customer service.

Emilia is a experienced Accounting Team Manager, specializing in supporting real estate clients. With nearly 9 years of experience in the accounting field and servicing companies with foreign capital, Emilia possesses a profound understanding of the distinctive challenges associated with working for demanding clients. She continues to enhance the knowledge she acquired at Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie (Warsaw School of Economics) by actively participating in various training sessions and courses. This not only keeps her abreast of the latest regulations but also furthers her managerial skills development. In recent years, she has adeptly handled the accounting processing of numerous transactions involving real estate purchases and shareholdings. Additionally, Emilia has successfully spearheaded the implementation of new systems and client reports for over 30 companies.

Anna oversees the operations of one of our accounting teams. She holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, and Insurance from the University of Warsaw. With over 8 years of accounting experience acquired through roles in accounting offices, she has provided support to clients from diverse industries, particularly those with foreign capital. Her expertise extends to encompass the implementation of new accounting systems. Anna effectively manages the day-to-day activities of the team, catering to a sizable group of real estate companies. Her responsibilities encompass client support in both bookkeeping and reporting.

Manager of the accounting team with a strong background in outsourcing financial and accounting services. A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business with a degree in Finance and Accounting and a former lecturer at the Association of Accountants in Poland. Candidate for the statutory auditor qualification. Fluent in English at an advanced level. Works with clients across various industries, including manufacturing, services, real estate development, and trade, with both domestic and international capital. Gained professional experience atleading companies, including the Big Four. Krzysztof leads a team of over a dozen experts and is responsible for entities reporting under both IFRS and the Polish Accounting Act.

Ewelina has an extensive experience and education in the finance and accounting. She holds a bachelor's degree from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, as well as a master's degree from Warsaw University. Additionally, she is certified as an accountant by the Association of Accountants in Poland. Her journey of experience began in 2015, encompassing roles within internal accounting as well as in accounting outsourcing, catering to real estate companies, service providers, and foreign company branches. Currently working as the Accounting Team Manager for one of ASB Poland's accounting teams, Ewelina oversees the provision of high-quality services to clients and the cultivation of collaborative partnerships. She coordinates client interactions and leverages her past experiences to implement enhancements within the team. Managing a team of around a dozen professionals, she prioritizes the establishment of substantive cooperation and a conducive working environment.

Accounting Team Manager at ASB in Poland. With professional experience in the field dating back to 2012, she has honed her expertise within prominent outsourcing companies, rendering comprehensive services to businesses with both Polish and foreign capital across diverse sectors. In recent years, she has chiefly specialized in lending her acumen to clients within the real estate domain. After successfully attaining her master's degree in finance and accounting, Agnieszka pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Warsaw to further enrich her knowledge. Currently, she is in the process of obtaining her ACCA certification. As the Manager of the Accounting Department, Agnieszka adeptly coordinates and supervises teamwork, all while offering invaluable assistance to domestic and international clients for their accounting and tax-related inquiries.

With extensive experience in accounting and taxation, Paweł has particular expertise in international standards including IFRS, IAS, and US GAAP. His responsibilities include conducting, coordinating, and overseeing accounting and tax processes in compliance with both local and international regulations. A certified specialist in transfer pricing documentation, he also has proven experience in managing finance teams. Paweł has participated in transformation and reorganization projects of companies, including cross-border mergers and the implementation of new systems and procedures.

Katarzyna holds the position of Accounting Team Manager at ASB Poland. Her professional experience spans across outsourcing companies and in-house accounting, providing her with a well-rounded perspective. Katarzyna's primary role involves overseeing accounting services for clients across diverse industries, with a particular focus on foreign-owned real estate groups. She is a holder of a master's degree in economics and management from Jagiellonian University, complemented by a postgraduate degree in audit, management control, and accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Aleksandra is a tax advisor specializing in corporate income tax. She completed her studies at the University of Economics in Wrocław. As part of the Erasmus+ program, she also studied at the Italian University, Università degli Studi di Milano. She gained professional experience, among others, in the Big Four. In addition to her current tax advisory work, Aleksandra supports clients, particularly in the areas of CIT compliance, tax reviews, withholding tax, and issues related to intangible services. She has been involved in projects related to settlements in Special Economic Zones and Transfer Pricing, mainly for large companies in the automotive industry. She communicates in Polish and English and has a basic knowledge of the Italian language.

Tax Manager and an accomplished Legal Advisor, boasting over a decade of experience in tax consulting acquired through roles at international tax consulting firms and prominent Polish law practices. Specializing in corporate income tax and VAT, he offers expertise garnered from advising predominantly large enterprises. His consultation spans daily operations, settlement verifications, and intricate restructuring undertakings. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to projects within diverse sectors, including real estate, FMCG, manufacturing, and the automotive industry, among others.

Patrycja is a law graduate of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, and completed traineeship in Warsaw Bar Associaton. She joined ASB in 2018. As Corporate Services Manager, in addition to supervising and organising the work of the team involved in managing the cash of ASB’s customers, she coordinates the process of setting up shelf companies, selling shares in these companies, and liquidating companies. Patrycja provides support to foreign and Polish customers in the area of corporate governance and day-to-day legal compliance. As part of her duties, she also acts as a proxy in companies of ASB’s customers.

Agnieszka is a Corporate Services Manager at ASB Poland. She has been building her experience since 2001, gaining it by providing legal assistance to accounting firm clients. In the past, she served as an in-house lawyer and cooperated with trade publications as an expert in tax and commercial law. She is a graduateof the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Law and Administration with additional qualifications obtained through the Postgraduate Study of Corporate Law. Agnieszka participated in many legal and tax courses and earned the titles of ISO 9001:2011 Process Leader and ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditor. As Manager of Corporate Services at ASB, she leads a team dedicated to client cash management. She coordinates processes providing support to domestic and foreign clients and deals with corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Kinga graduated in Finance and Accounting and Management from the University of Warsaw. What is more, she also completed postgraduate studies in corporate law. She joined ASB’s corporate team in 2015 and since then has been responsible for providing legal and administrative services to ASB’s customers, particularly in the areas of payment processing and banking services, as well as the ongoing administration of bank loans.

Monika is an experienced expert, working in labor law, social security, and payroll outsourcing since 2001. She is responsible for supervising, controlling, and coordinating timely and correct payroll services for a dedicated portfolio of clients. She ensures, that HR administration is carried out by legal requirements and corporate procedures, payroll calculation and payroll preparation, as well as the maintenance and settlement of employee benefits and documentation. Thanks to her understanding of the specifics of the industry and her flexible approach, she can adapt how the service is provided to the specific needs of the client, which makes cooperation with her effective and satisfying. She is a graduate of the Macte Animo Human Resources Management College in Wrocław, the Post-Secondary Education College in Wrocław, Foreign Trade in Wrocław and a student of Management and Marketing at the Higher School of Management Education in Wrocław.

A graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw, specializing in Banking and Finance, and a postgraduate alumnus of Labor Law studies at Kozminski University. An experienced professional with 19 years of experience in the human resources and payroll management, he leads one of the teams providing comprehensive support to clients on matters pertaining to human resources, payroll, social security contributions, and personal income tax. With extensive tenure in accounting offices, he possesses a wide understanding of the intricacies surrounding HR and payroll challenges across diverse industries, encompassing media companies, IT services, and manufacturing firms. He notably orchestrated the seamless integration of personnel from Poland into a major multinational corporation.

An expert in payroll calculation, ZUS and US settlements, as well as the operation and implementation of the Enova 365 HR and payroll system. She has extensive experience in the comprehensive handling of HR and payroll processes, which enables her to effectively manage all aspects related to salaries and obligations to state institutions. Agata continuously expands her knowledge of labor law, gained at the University of Warsaw, through numerous training sessions, ensuring she stays up-to-date with current regulations. Passion, commitment, and a focus on client needs are key elements of her strategy. A holistic approach to tasks allows her to view problems from various perspectives, leading to successful project implementations. By combining solid theoretical knowledge with practical experience, she effectively supports companies in managing HR and payroll.

With 15 years of experience in human resources and payroll, Krzysztof excels in providing comprehensive support to clients in human resources management. His specialization lies in the intricate realm of labor law, with a particular focus on acquainting foreign clients with the nuances of labor and HR regulations.

Anna is a supervisor of ASB´s Polish Payroll Team. In her day-to-day duties, she coordinates the work of her team in the human resources management area. She specialises in employment law and social security matters. Anna gained her professional experience in Polish as well as international companies, where she focused on the legal support of human resources management. In addition, she has successfully implemented numerous HR management optimisation projects with the utmost of professionalism.

At ASB, Magda is Payroll Supervisor, managing one of our two Payroll teams in Poland. With 17 years´ payroll experience, she has provided comprehensive support in the human resources management area. She has extensive experience in the implementation of new payroll systems, as well as time tracking applications. Magda focuses on social security contributions and personal income tax issues. She gained valuable experience providing support for companies from the production, media, and construction sectors.

Piotr is the director of the Polish IT team. He oversees all of his department’s IT infrastructure projects and is additionally responsible for a project team that creates proprietary IT solutions and tools in order to support the work of ASB’s accounting, tax, and customer departments. He has over 10 years of experience working with customers when it comes to IT and VAT, as well as managing projects and project teams. At ASB he also holds the position of Personal Data Coordinator. He graduated in project management from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, where he also obtained his MBA in 2021. Piotr considers his main professional goal to be development, which – within ASB – means striving for the most effective and at the same time comfortable work of employees in terms of IT, and in a broader perspective, supporting the work of accountants, tax advisors, and taxpayers with IT tools.

As an Implementation Team Manager at ASB Poland and an expert in ERP systems, she has dedicated over a decade to the domain of Enterprise Resource Planning. In her daily pursuits, she adeptly balances the demands of the business sphere with the capabilities offered by Enterprise Resource Planning systems. She has consistently achieved success in executing numerous implementation projects catering to small, medium, and large enterprises. Her achievements encompass a spectrum ranging from identifying the prerequisites of ERP systems to crafting customized solutions for diverse industries, culminating in meticulous implementation and post-implementation testing. A graduate in Finance and Accounting from Cracow University of Economics, she holds the PRINCE2® Foundation certificate.

A graduate in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology. Maciej joined ASB Group in 2018 and has been leading a team since 2023, focusing on custom IT solutions, process automation, and system integration. He specializes in Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, SharePoint, MS SQL, Azure, VBA, and RPA. His expertise is backed by years of hands-on experience and official certifications, particularly in process design and information management. Maciej is familiar with ERP systems and has a solid understanding of finance and accounting domains.

Karol holds the position of ERP Business Solution Manager at ASB Poland. In this role, he bears the responsibility for ensuring the seamless operation of the company's management support systems. On a daily basis, he orchestrates the collaborative efforts of his team, providing support to both ASB employees and clients in navigating, utilizing, and refining HR, payroll, and accounting systems. He remains actively engaged in projects aimed at implementing innovative IT solutions within both company and client contexts. With a wealth of over 15 years' experience in roles centered around ERP systems management, Karol brings a profound level of expertise to his role.

Mónika is the Managing Director of ASB Group's Budapest office and is responsible for all BPO services. She is an experienced finance professional with a proven track record in outsourced accounting, tax advisory and business development with over 15 years of experience. Experienced in accounting, internal controls, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and tax consulting and tax compliance. She was managing many global outsourcing engagements and gained complex experience both in domestic and international projects in accounting, tax advisory, audit and payroll service lines.

As the Head of Accounting, Melinda provides regular support to team, ensuring smooth daily operations and coordination of all tax and accounting matters within the company. She is actively involved in client implementation processes, leveraging their expertise to facilitate a stable transition and ensure optimal accounting practices. With extensive experience in advising, arranging communication with tax authorities and auditors, implementing new ERP systems, and promoting strong vendor relationships, Melinda possesses a deep ubderstanding of accounting principles and local legal requirements. She maintains compliance ensuring the department's adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Petr is the Managing Partner of ASB Group responsible for the strategy, development of new services, and business development for ASB Group offices in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. Petr has over 15 years´ experience advising clients in mergers and acquisitions, transaction services, investment structuring, and corporate services. He provides comprehensive corporate advice to international investors entering the Czech market. Petr is in close cooperation with the Czech Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, an International Association of Independent Accounting firms, and as a finance and accounting professional, he acts as a mentor at AI Startup Incubator.

Dan is our Commercial Director at ASB Group, and as a part of the group management team, he is responsible for commercial management and the development of the company growth. He aims to drive business growth and market share through sales, business development, brand and marketing communications within his role. Dan joined ASB Group in 2017, having served most recently as a Group Business Development & Marketing Director for CEE. Dan has several years of experience in sales and marketing from previous roles.
