Petr is the Managing Partner of ASB Group, responsible for overseeing the group’s operations, including corporate strategy, the development of new services, and business growth across ASB Group offices in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, and Slovakia. For more than 20 years, he has been advising on mergers and acquisitions, transactions, investment structuring, and corporate services. He provides comprehensive support to international investors entering the Czech market. Petr works closely with the Czech Private Equity & Venture Capital Association and the international TAG Alliances network, which brings together independent accounting and advisory firms from around the world.

Petra Rychnovská Partner

Petra is the Co-Founder and Partner of ASB Group, actively involved in strategic planning and business development across the entire group. She is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience advising a wide range of clients across various industries. She collaborates with both local and international companies, primarily in the areas of international expansion and investment opportunities. Additionally, she has extensive experience advising real estate clients. For 13 years, Petra served as Vice Chair of the Steering Committee of the Association for Foreign Investment (AFI) and remains an active member of the organization.

Rudolf Vřešťál Partner

Rudolf is a co-founder and Partner of ASB Group. For many years, he was ASB´s Managing Partner, specializing in comprehensive business advisory relating to business structuring, accounting, and tax. He also has extensive experience with foreign investments. In 2013, Rudolf built on his previous experience Redside, a fund management company charged with managing the broad portfolio of the funds of qualified investors investing in various fields such as real estate, renewable energy, and private equity. Redside currently manages total assets exceeding EUR 500 mil. Rudolf is a Chair of the Board and CFO of the Redside.

Tomáš Novák Partner

Tomáš is a Partner at ASB Group and has been active in the fields of accounting, financial reporting, and financial advisory since 2001. He has extensive knowledge of accounting and reporting standards, including Czech GAAP, US GAAP, UK GAAP, and IFRS. Tomáš is involved in numerous transaction advisory projects, particularly in the real estate sector. He also leads the implementation of unique solutions provided by ASB Group, primarily for asset managers and institutional investors in the real estate industry.

Dan Ledvinka Group Commercial Director

Dan has been with ASB Group since 2017 and has held the position of Group Commercial Director since 2022. As a member of the group’s leadership team, he is responsible for strategic planning and the development of the company in the CEE region, focusing primarily on revenue growth and market share expansion. He has long been engaged in collaboration with business chambers and associations, particularly in the areas of capital markets, investment funds, and the real estate sector. In 2025, he was elected as a member of the Steering Committee of the Association for Foreign Investment (AFI). Before joining ASB Group, Dan held various managerial positions in sales and marketing.

Klára Cowan Group Payroll Director

At ASB Group, Klára Cowan represents external payroll advisory services across all the countries where the company operates. For her, payroll is not just about numbers—it is a strategic tool with a broader societal impact. With over 15 years of experience in payroll, HR, and team leadership, she brings a deep understanding of the complexities of this ever-evolving field. Her leadership is built on four core principles: precision, respect, mentoring, and teamwork. She prioritizes collective success and supports individuals in developing their strengths. With her "delegate rather than control" approach, her team has successfully grown over the past nine years in an environment based on trust, professionalism, and efficiency.

Kateřina Nováková Accounting Team Director

Kateřina is the Accounting Team Director at the Czech office. She is a member of ACCA (the global association of certified accountants) and has over 20 years of experience in financial management, including external audit, US GAAP and IFRS reporting, preparation of consolidated financial statements, compliance, client support, and communication with relevant authorities. In her role, she is responsible for the strategy and leadership of the entire accounting department, which consists of more than 50 professionals across various positions and specializations. A key aspect of her work is providing support to the leaders of individual accounting teams.

Soňa Bláhová Commercial & Implementation Manager

Soňa spent many years as the leader of an accounting team. Now, as an Commercial & Implementation Manager, she is involved not only in accounting but also in the business development of the company. She is a member of the Chamber of Certified Accountants and has been active in finance and accounting since 1998. Soňa manages the accounting and reporting of investment companies and funds, working closely with the tax department to address the tax implications of various financial transactions. She is proficient in multiple accounting software systems, has collaborated on numerous accounting projects, and has extensive experience with both internal and external audits.

Iveta Přibylová Head of Accounting Team

Iveta has extensive experience in financial management from international corporations and Czech companies, where she worked as a financial director for the past 15 years. In addition to leading financial and HR teams, setting medium and long-term strategies, she also dealt with the optimization and implementation of internal processes, e.g. electronic workflow documents or other innovations related to digitization in the field of finance.​ Among the other unforgettable experiences, she has gathered along her career path is a comprehensive coverage of accounting and tax activities, including transfer pricing, investments, cash flow management, budget planning, reporting and consolidated financial statements of a group of companies.

Tomáš Drexler Head of Accounting Team

Tomáš has extensive experience from multinational business companies, where he worked for more than 22 years and managed the accounting of branches not only in the Czech Republic, but also in other European countries.​ During his career, he participated in the implementation of the SAP accounting program in several countries, he dealt with reporting according to US GAAP and Czech standards, audits, issues of cross-border transactions from the point of view of VAT and income tax. He is familiar with Czech excise tax and payroll processing in an international environment. His specialty is matching financial accounting with controlling.

Michal Kozdera Tax Director

Michal holds the position of director of the tax department at ASB and is responsible for managing the team and its development, relations with clients and the technical quality of outputs. In his work, he can make use of his more than 25 years of experience not only in the field of tax consultancy, but also from experience in high financial positions on the client's side. It allows him to best understand the customer's needs and reflect them appropriately. He specializes in comprehensive assessment of the client's tax and financial situation, sale of businesses, transfer pricing, international taxation and VAT specifics for real estate projects.

Lucie Šťastná Head of Payroll

Lucie studied HR Management at the University of Economics in Prague and began gaining experience in human resources during her studies—first in a recruitment agency and later in an internal HR department. She has been working in payroll accounting and human resources since 2013. As Head of Payroll, she ensures the continuous development of knowledge and skills within her team, as well as their satisfaction and motivation. This directly reflects in the quality of services provided and the satisfaction of our clients. In addition to comprehensive payroll accounting services, she currently oversees HR software management, benefits administration, occupational health services, and workplace safety and fire protection agendas.

Jaroslava Hanková Senior Tax Manager

Jaroslava has been working in tax consultancy since 2008. During her practice, she focused mainly on taxation of legal entities. She has experience in advising traditional entrepreneurs, but also in advising financial institutions, including investment funds and insurance companies, public administration entities or trust funds. She also specializes in transactional consultancy, transformations and restructurings, including due diligence. In addition to tax consultancy, she already focused on accounting while studying at the University of Economics in Prague. She has continued this experience in recent years, when, among other things, she managed a department providing accounting outsourcing. Jaroslava has been a certified tax advisor since 2015.

Štěpán Hrubý Senior Tax Manager

Štěpán has several years of experience in the field of international taxation, VAT and corporate taxes. As part of his practice, he participated in a number of significant cross-border projects in international and corporate taxation. He has been a certified tax advisor since 2017.

Zuzana Studničková Tax Manager

Zuzana is a tax advisor with several years of experience in providing comprehensive tax advice to clients across various industries. She specializes mainly in the areas of value added tax, corporate income tax and real estate tax. She has been working at ASB Group since 2016 and has been a certified tax advisor since 2018.

Hana Moučková Payroll & Implementation Supervisor

Hana has been working in payroll outsourcing since 2015 and currently holds the position of Payroll & Implementation Supervisor at ASB. She processes payroll for approximately 500 employees and is also responsible for taking on new clients and setting up internal systems. Thanks to her knowledge of SQL and Excel, she sets up reports based on client requirements. Currently, she is more focused on automating internal payroll processes, leading the team, and developing the technical competencies of colleagues.

Hana Sára Korcová Payroll Supervisor

Hana has been providing payroll and HR services since 2000. She has experience not only as an in-house payroll manager but also in payroll outsourcing. She assists clients in setting up their HR and payroll processes, employee benefits, and resolving HR-related issues. Additionally, she is responsible for the comprehensive payroll processing of approximately 900 employees. Currently, she focuses more on monitoring legislative changes and mentoring junior colleagues within the team.

Amendment to the Labor Code in Czechia: what to prepare for

On March 7, 2025, the Chamber of Deputies unanimously approved an amendment to the Labor Code. The primary goal of the amendment is to increase flexibility in labor relations.
