ASB Group provided transaction advisory services to Hines on the sale of Eastgate Park, located in Štěrboholy, Prague. CB Property Investors Subfund 2 (CBPI 2) and BHS Real Estate Fund SICAV have become the new full owners of this logistics and commercial park.
Eastgate Park offers approximately 39,000 sqm of lettable space, comprising logistics and warehouse units, offices, and showrooms. The complex is currently utilized by more than 20 tenants across various industries. Key advantages include its position within an established industrial zone in Štěrboholy and excellent access to Prague's highway network. Thanks to its location, it can reach approximately 95% of Prague's population within a 30-minute drive.
Hines acquired Eastgate Park in 2021, focusing on active asset management and further development over the past years. This transaction concludes a period during which Eastgate Park established itself as a fully let urban park in an area with a highly limited supply of comparable space.
