ASB Group participated in another major real estate transaction carried out by the REICO LONG LEASE fund. As part of the acquisition of the Prague British International School campus, ASB Group provided the buyer with financial and tax due diligence services.
Through this transaction, the REICO LONG LEASE fund made its first investment in the educational facilities segment, further expanding and diversifying its portfolio. The newly acquired Prague British International School (PBIS) campus in Prague 4 offers 6,800 m² of leasable area.
PBIS is an international school providing British education to students aged 2 to 19. It is located in the Prague-Libuš district and has operated at its current location since 2007.
“We are pleased to have been part of a transaction that represented another step in the diversification of our client’s portfolio,” added Tomáš Novák of ASB Group, who led the advisory services for the buyer during the transaction.
The REICO LONG LEASE fund was established in 2021 and focuses on properties with long-term lease agreements. Following this acquisition, the fund’s portfolio now includes nine properties across three Central European countries.
