Riverview is situated in one of Prague's most sought-after office locations, just steps away from the Anděl metro station and the Nový Smíchov shopping centre. Completed in 2014, the building offers more than 7,600 m² of office space and is anchored by the global pharmaceutical company MSD as its principal long-term tenant. ASB Group acted as the buyer's advisor, providing financial and tax due diligence services.
According to Amundi Czech Republic, the acquisition forms part of REF4's investment strategy focused on high-quality commercial properties with strong long-term income potential.
