The investment group Spolumajitelé has completed the acquisition of the Comenius residential project in Prague’s Petřiny district from J&T Real Estate. ASB Group provided comprehensive financial and tax due diligence for the transaction.
Completed in 2023, the Comenius project comprises over 230 modern residential units, primarily studios, and was designed as rental housing for students and young professionals.
“Rental housing continues to gain attractiveness, and Comenius represents a modern concept aligned with current market demand,” said Tomáš Novák, Partner at ASB Group. Jaroslava Hanková, Tax Advisor at ASB Group, added that thorough assessment of the financial structure and tax implications is essential to ensure informed investment decisions.
Founded in 2021, Spolumajitelé currently manages assets exceeding CZK 3.3 billion and invests in both real estate and the energy sector.
