ASB is reminding! The deadline for an entry in the Register of activities for companies or trusts by companies who conducted regulated activities before 31st October 2021 expires on 30th April 2022.
Who should register in the new Register?
Companies conducting the activities for other companies or trusts which consists of providing services listed below:
a) creating a legal person or an organizational unit without a legal personality;
b) performing the function of a member of the Management Board or enabling another person to perform this function or a similar function in a legal person or organizational unit without legal personality;
c) providing a registered office, business or mailing address and other related services to a legal person or organizational unit without legal personality;
d) acting or enabling another person to act as trustee of a trust created by an act in law;
e) acting or enabling another person to act as a person exercising rights over shares for an entity other than a company listed on a regulated market subject to European Union law disclosure requirements or equivalent international standards.
