The investment company Amundi Czech Republic has completed the sale of the Polygon House office building in Prague's Pankrác. The property was acquired by the DRFG investment group. ASB Group participated in this transaction as an advisor representing the buyer, to whom it provided financial and tax due diligence services.
Polygon House is a modern office building with more than 10,000 m² of office space, located in a popular administrative location - in Prague's Pankrác. The building has been occupied for a long time, making it one of the stable office assets on the Prague market.
The acquisition fits into the long-term strategy of the DRFG group. It focuses on building and developing a quality real estate portfolio in the region. The seller was the KB2 Real Estate Fund, which is managed by Amundi Czech Republic.
