Bluehouse has sold the Korso Shopping Centre, the new owner is Conseq. ASB Group assisted on the sell-side

The advisory company ASB Group assisted Bluehouse in the sale of the shopping centre Korso Karviná to the Czech firm Conseq Investment Management.

This is the first sale of a shopping centre in the Czech Republic this year. The ASB transaction team was led by Tomáš Novák (Partner).

Korso Karviná Shopping Centre was purchased by Bluehouse in 2017. Over the past three years, the centre has been able to significantly improve its tenant mix and improve its performance, a comprehensive remodelling and revitalisation has taken place, including a new foodcourt, the premises of the Albert hypermarket and most other tenants have been renovated.
