Generali Fond Realit, managed by Generali Investments CEE and advised by Generali Real Estate, has completed the acquisition of the modern logistics facility Garbe Progresus Park Klášterec I in the Ústí nad Labem region. ASB Group supported the buyer by delivering comprehensive financial and tax advisory services, including due diligence.
The logistics park, totalling 18,500 sqm, is strategically located between Chomutov and Klášterec nad Ohří. The facility is fully leased, with German manufacturer, specialising in technical and high-temperature insulation materials, serving as the anchor tenant. The transaction was concluded for a purchase price of €18.5 million.
The property represents a modern, newly developed logistics facility built to current technological standards. Its location further enhances its strong investment potential, fully aligning with the fund’s long-term strategy to expand and diversify its industrial and logistics real estate portfolio.
