ASB Group has provided advisory services for the acquisition of a logistics park, which, as of February 20, 2025, is newly owned by the Reico Long Lease fund. The value of this acquisition was approximately EUR 65 million.
The Reico Long Lease fund, owned by Erste Asset Management GmbH since December 2024, primarily invests in logistics, industrial, office, and retail properties in the Central European region. The acquisition of this logistics property—featuring a leasable area of approximately 69,600 m²—from DSV marks another key transaction contributing to the fund’s geographic diversification and performance.
Zuzana Kolárová, Managing Director of ASB Slovakia, led her team in conducting financial and tax due diligence on behalf of the buyer. Regarding the successful completion of the transaction, she commented: “With this deal, Reico has acquired premium logistics assets, making us even more pleased to have been part of this project.
