ASB Group provided transaction advisory services in connection with the acquisition of Retail Park Strakonická in České Budějovice. The acquisition was carried out by Fio investiční společnost for its Fio realitní fond. The transaction, valued at EUR 22.2 million, expanded the fund’s portfolio with a modern retail property that is fully leased.
Retail Park Strakonická is located in an established urban area and offers nearly 11,000 sqm of leasable space. The stability of the project is supported by the presence of major retail tenants, including grocery chain.
The acquisition represents another step in the Fio realitní fond’s strategy aimed at the gradual diversification of its portfolio across commercial real estate segments and marks its first investment in high-quality retail parks. ASB Group was involved in key stages of the transaction process, providing tax and financial advisory services throughout the acquisition.
