ASB Group supported one of this year’s most significant real estate transactions – the acquisition of the iconic Palladium building in Prague. The new owner of this prestigious property is REICO IS EAM, which is adding the building to the portfolio of the REICO NEMOVITOSTNÍ fund. This is historically the largest single-asset transaction ever completed on the Czech market.
The ASB Group team delivered comprehensive financial and tax due diligence for this major acquisition, further strengthening its long-term advisory cooperation with REICO IS EAM. “We greatly appreciate the trust that REICO has once again placed in us. The historic Palladium building, located on Prague’s Republic Square, offers nearly 60,000 m² of retail and office space, making it one of the most visited retail destinations in the Czech Republic. The acquisition further strengthens the stability and long-term performance of the REICO NEMOVITOSTNÍ fund, which had nearly 160,000 investors at the end of 2025.
