ASB Group has advised Real estate fund, Generali Investments CEE, investiční společnost, a.s., on the acquisition of premium property in the centre of Prague.
Financial value of the transaction was not disclosed. Transaction team of ASB Group advising on the acquisition has been led by Tomas Novak, Partner and Head of CEE Real Estate Advisory.
