ASB Group provided REDSIDE investiční společnost, a.s. with comprehensive financial and tax advisory services during the sale of the managed portfolio from the NOVA Real Estate property fund.
The investment group Českomoravská Nemovitostní a.s. (ČMN), together with the NEMO fund, has completed the acquisition of five office buildings with a total rentable area exceeding 37,000 m² and eleven retail parks covering an area of 72,000 m².
