Information clause

  1. The Controller of your personal data is ASB Czech Republic, s.r.o V Celnici 1031/4, 110 00 Prague 1 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).
  2. Your personal data are processed for the following common purpose and based on the following legal basis resulting from the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDRP”):
    Purpose of data processing
    Sending promotional and advertising materials on the services of the Controller or entities from the capital group to which the Controller belongs (ASB Group), such as professional newsletters or conference invitations.
    Legal basis of data processing
    Art.6 (1)(f) of GDPR (legitimate interest - direct marketing of services).
    (pursuant to separate provisions of law, selected forms of communication such as, e.g. sending advertising materials by email may require your additional consent).
  3. The recipients of your personal data shall be entities providing services to the Controller, in particular IT services and marketing services. The recipients of personal data may also be entities authorised to receive data under the provisions of law.
  4. Your personal data will be stored until you object to data processing. After the above-mentioned period, your personal data will be archived for a period prescribed by the relevant legal regulations or for the period after which potential claims fall under the statute of limitations.
  5. You have the following rights in relation with processing your personal data:
    a) the right to access the data, the right to rectification the data, the right to erasure the data, the right to restriction the processing of data, the right to object to the processing of data,
    b) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) when you believe that processing of data violates the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation.

  7. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to receive promotional and advertising materials.
