INFORMATION CLAUSE
1. The following companies of the ASB Group are joint controllers of your personal data:
a) ASB Poland Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Złota 59, 00-120 Warsaw,
b) ASB Tax Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Złota 59, 00-120 Warsaw,
c) ASB FISCAL REPRESENTATION Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Złota 59, 00-120 Warsaw,
d) ASB Poland S.C. Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Złota 59, 00-120 Warsaw (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Joint Controllers”).
2. On the basis of a joint controllership agreement, the Joint Controllers jointly determined the purposes and means of processing personal data in the area of marketing activities. The Joint Controllers have agreed, in particular, that each of the Joint Controllers will be responsible for the fulfillment of information obligations, i.e. the provision of information on the processing of personal data, and have appointed a joint point of contact for personal data protection matters: ASB Poland Sp. z o.o. ul. Złota 59, 00-120 Warsaw or by email: rodo@asbgroup.eu.
3. ASB Poland Sp. z o.o., ASB Tax Sp. z o.o. and ASB FISCAL REPRESENTATION Sp. z o.o. have appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted via the e-mail address: rodo@asbgroup.eu.
4. Your personal data is processed for the following common purpose and based on the following legal basis resulting from the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter also referred to as “GDPR”):
Purpose of data processing: sending promotional and advertising material regarding the Joint Controllers, such as professional newsletters or conference invitations.
Legal basis for data processing: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest – direct marketing of products and services). Based on separate legal regulations, selected forms of communication, such as sending advertising materials by email, may require additional consent.
5. The recipients of your personal data will be entities providing services to the Joint Controllers, in particular IT support and marketing services. The recipients of personal data may also be entities authorized to receive data on the basis of legal regulations.
6. Your personal data will be stored until you object to the processing of your data. After the aforementioned period, your personal data will be archived for the period of time during which the relevant legal regulations require the storage of data or for the period of limitation of possible claims.
7. You have the following rights with regard to the processing of your personal data
a) the right to access your data, the right to rectification of your data, the right to erasure your data, the right to restrict the processing of your data, the right to object to the processing of your data,
b) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
8. All the above-mentioned rights apply to the extent resulting from the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. The rights can be exercised by sending a request to the contact address (as specified in clause 2 above).
The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to receive promotional and advertising materials.
