Petr Studnička

Managing Partner of ASB Group, responsible for the firm’s corporate strategy, service portfolio and business development across the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. Petr advises international investors on market entry, mergers and acquisitions, transaction services, investment structuring and corporate matters. His work combines strategic leadership with direct involvement in complex cross-border assignments and the development of client relationships. He maintains close cooperation with the Czech Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and TAG Alliances, an international network of independent professional services firms.
