Mónika Marczin

Managing Director of ASB Hungary, responsible for the financial and operational management of the Budapest office and the provision of business process outsourcing services. Mónika oversees complex domestic and international projects covering accounting, tax advisory, payroll and audit-related services. Her professional expertise encompasses financial reporting, IFRS, internal control frameworks, tax compliance and business development. Drawing on her technical and executive management experience, she leads the continued development of the organisation and expansion of its client portfolio. Her responsibilities also include identifying strategic business opportunities and aligning the delivery of services with clients’ financial, regulatory and operational requirements.
