Changes to the amount of the meal allowance that have been approved and are effective from the 1st October 2023.
The meal allowances for business trips will change with effect from October 1, 2023 as follows:
a) EUR 7,80 for a period of 5 – 12 hours,
b) EUR 11,60 for a period of 12 – 18 hours; and
c) EUR 17,40 for a period of over 18 hours.
The minimum value of a meal voucher will also change from the 1st October to EUR 5.85 (75% of EUR 7,8).
Please note that due to the change of the boarding fee, the Internal Directive also needs to be modified as of 1.10.2023.
