What is ASB

ASB is a business process outsourcing company operating in three dynamic Central and Eastern European countries: Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia.

ASB provides a unique combination of services related to the establishment, administration, management and liquidation of companies. We specialise in comprehensive accounting, financial reporting, payroll, valuation services, property management and external management, where we actively collaborate with clients on the management of their local companies.

For over 10 years we have been helping investors to establish and run their businesses in Central and Eastern Europe. We offer a comprehensive service from early stage set-up to large-scale expansions. We provide a unique combination of services based on our experience of working for large international investors with responsiveness of a local firm.

The REDSIDE company, part of the ASB Group, has been granted a licence by the Czech National Bank to operate as an investment company.

The Czech National Bank has recently granted a licence to REDSIDE, which is part of the ASB Group, to operate as an investment company. Under the Collective Investment Act, the company will thus be allowed to establish and manage mutual and investment funds. This will put the company into a small group of fund managers focusing on qualified investor funds in the Czech capital market.
